Information about the names of the selected applicants and those of the same college has been submitted to the relevant universities. Currently the Commission has opened its application for the Second Phase from 4 to 10 October 2017 to allow the following groups to apply for exemption: a) Applicants who have been selected more than one college; These applicants will be required to decide immediately and select one college and eventually inform the college b) Applicants who have missed the first phase due to competition or lack of qualifications in the applications they requested; In addition, the Commission has used this opportunity to allow the following groups to apply for exemption: a) Sixth Applicants who have failed to request in the first phase; b) Diploma applicants who are reluctant to receive the Award Verification Number (AVN); c) Applicants who have finished Cambridge examinations in 2017 and have lost their results; and d) Candidates of universities who will have a confirmation from their previous colleges. The Commission wishes to emphasize that the application procedure in Phase II is the same as used in the First Phase of Conduct. This means that applicants will have to submit their application directly to the forum and not to the Commission (TCU). The Commission advises all applicants to use this short opportunity to complete their application in order to avoid unnecessarily inappropriate for the year 2017/18. In addition, the Commission calls on all applicants to visit college sites to understand the fate of their application. For those who have been selected more than one campus, they will only validate one college choice to avoid unemployment in the year 2017/18.
